Applications are available in both Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF formats. To be eligible for considration, applications must be received or postmarked by June 1st. Mail your completed application to:

You are eligible to be considered for a scholarship if you are a student pursuing a career in Land Surveying and enrolled in a Washington college program offering classes in Land Surveying or enrolled in the Geomatics program at the Oregon Institute of Technology. Other restrictions may apply, see the application for details. Along with the application form, you should also download the Application Instructions document from the website. Remember to include your college transcripts (if any) and a copy of the course curriculum of your school’s surveying program. You must also sign and date your application, or it will not be considered.
The LSAW Foundation was created by
the Land Surveyors' Association of Washington in May 2007
The Foundation is an independent entity separate from the Land Surveyors' Association of Washington and operates as a tax exempt charitable organization under IRS rule 501(c)3. The Foundation received its tax exempt status on April 28, 2010.
